I’m new to this and would like to know is it important to talk loudly while tapping, or could you just say it mentally? And also, can you eliminate the pain in the body without the knowing the source of it, or you have to know the problem for it to work?
And thank you for this video, procrastination is my problem.

I have used this and been more productive with each passing day. I don’t need to write a paper…just needed to clean and was in pain. Fibromyalgia is no longer something that controls me…still working on many issues but I know I’m safer now than before I found faster EFT. Still a work in constant progress. Can’t wait to meet you, Robert. Peace to you, Suzan

I always procrastinate my happiness and freedom and everything that would help me accomplish it. When I think more about it I feel I am scared to be happy and free, because whenever i was happy it was taken away from me and the pain of it was huge and I little or never coped to deal with it. What do I do about it? Could you please give me an insight.

Nobody ever procrastinates to procrastinate! I had been procrastinating to finish decorating my bedroom. What I did was make a conscious plan to enjoy the job while spinning a feeling of fun, I planned to listen to cool music and have a couple of glasses of wine while doing the job. Then once the job was done I planned to be really proud of myself for completing the task and invited a couple of friends over that night so I could proudly show them my finished room. Planning to have fun is great!

I can’t quite tell – after you tap the chest, you tap another place, but it’s out of the camera view. Where is it? Thanks! Your videos are helpful.

@QUINTUSMAXIMUS
The key is identifying where you are procrastinating and the keep tapping until it is gone for as long as it takes; hours if need be. Robert

@HealingMagic Do we tap for a long time when dealing with procrastination? I’ve tried about 18 minutes of tapping. I generally feel better when it comes to disorganization,but haven’t cracked procrastination. I have some terror whe I think of studying, facing tasks.

I said no to the pressure because she was the one creating the pressure within herself. She said she doesn’t like the pressure be she does it within herself. That is why it didn’t sound true. Robert

I assume the “pressure” didn’t sound true to you because of the look over to the VC she gave when asked?

Nice save Robert – Quote “Is there anything that you like doing?” slightly awkward pause “I mean nothing that will stop you from doing that.” LOL. Hey she’s cute no shame in having a fun thought for a split second.

Amazing, Rob where have you been all my life?The bathroom statement really shows the problem is being man made and gives an automatic understanding of how to get rid of it.

@EmoAssociation You can do either way but the problem usually creates the feelings. Pick an area where you do it then address it until you feel like you want to accomplish it.

Heya! So, I should address the problem, then try to feel the feelings it creates, – then I should start to tap and while i am concentrated on the feelings I should say something positive?

no, its about whatever youtube allows me to type into the comments. Go read the terms of service, if you didnt upload the video, then why are you complaining?
i commented on the video, so its not as if what i said was irrelevant, your comments however, have nothing to do with the video.
