I’ve had depersonalization for over a year now and I don’t know if EFT can cure it or not. However, it is said that EFT often works when nothing else will. Please, if anyone knows if it can help get rid of depersonalization, please let me know,

I have depression and an anxiety disorder, but I have been having a real hard time lately always feeling like I’m living in a dream, I kind of feel like I’m just floating around, and sometimes I get confused. I figured that it was just a side effect of my meds, but I have been on meds for years and never had this problem until recently (6 months-ish?)
Is that anything like what you have? I’ve never heard of depersonalization before so I don’t really know anything, but It just kinda sounded like how I feel. What do you think?

EFT is pseudoscience, its been proven to be a joke…. IT ONLY WORKS BECAUSE THE PEOPLE THAT DO IT CONVINCE THEMSELVES ITS WORKING
