Have you ever used EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)? If so, did you feel the benefit?
I’ve heard several testimonials to the benefit of EFT, particularly in regard to re-educating the psyche to overcome the past (often deeply seated) effects of negative experiences. If you have been successful in using this tapping therapy I’d welcome hearing about your story.

That sounds really gay and I hope they invent another name or that it doesn’t work.

EFT is a wonderful healing tool, i sent you an email
no, but sounds like couldn’t hurt…unless that’s all someone did.
recent reports confirm that nothing helps more than talking about the traumatic
events with others who will listen….over and over and over
the worse thing one can do is bottle them up inside
I had a tic in my face, and used autosuggestion; it disappeared, but reappeared again later. Then I tried EFT, after learning it, with better results.
Give the EFT a good tryout, to see if it helps you. Use the searchbar at http://www.mercola.com * “EFT” & “EFT therapists” and/or see the 13 free videos at http://www.tapping.com or http://www.emofree.com – *There is a version for use in public places, (if anyone asks, you can claim to have a headache, as you massage/lightly tap your temples, but you would then be restricted to subvocalising: saying it to yourself in your mind: “Even though I sometimes suffer from … , I deeply and completely accept myself.”
EFT Rocks,
When people ask this question it normally boils down to will it work for me. A big, fat resounding yes. Most people who belittle it have never tried it.
It’s quick, it’s fast, you can do it by yourself on yourself i.e. no explaining absence from work etc.
I have used it extensively on myself and with others. Ranging from letting go of anger that was held onto for 12 years. Didn’t know until it was let go. Car rage. This was a great success. Person was feeling car rage right there and then. Tapped it away there and then.
EFT results can be dramatic and fast or slow and gradual. That really depends on how big you think making the change would be. For some if they where to let go of a change that they think would be a dramatic personality shift. It’s a slower release as they, their body and environment get use to the change.
My advice. Try it. It always works.
